The Role
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to drive our growth beyond Sweden and bring our technology to more customers. This is not your typical sales job—you’ll need an entrepreneurial mindset, a hands-on approach, and zero prestige. You’ll build our sales strategy from the ground up, secure key partnerships, and roll up your sleeves to get things done.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand Grönska’s presence, starting in Sweden and scaling internationally.
Identify and build relationships with potential distributors, corporate clients, and key partners.
Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing partnerships.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with customer needs.
Be hands-on—whether it’s making cold calls, meeting clients, or setting up sales processes from scratch.
Grow the sales team over time as we scale.

Zero prestige – You’re just as happy jumping on sales calls as you are mapping out strategy.
Strategic thinker & doer – You see the big picture but aren’t afraid to get into the details.
Experience in B2B sales – Ideally in tech, food, or sustainability, but we’re open to different backgrounds.
Fluent in English & Swedish – Additional languages are a plus as we expand internationally.
